Count The Ways

I cannot count the ways I love you
Or begin to name them all.
The little things inside you
That make you who you are;
Are a blessing to those around you
--And your beauty ascends them all.
I could spend until forever
In the warm embrace of your arms,
And dance dance until whenever,
Or gaze with you at the stars.
The blueness of the ocean
Is echoed in your eyes.
The meekness of a grandmother
_______  ______;
Is sweetly suspended
In the whisperings of your heart.
I cannot count the ways I love you,
Or begin to name them all.
The purity and true love of God
Surrounds you.
--And gives rise to us all.
Charity abounds in you
And to anyone who comes around you
Compassion is felt by all.
I fear my words serve no justice
To the ramblings of my heart,
Because
I cannot count the ways I love you,
Or begin to name them all.
